Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
Tapioca Starch (or Arrowroot Starch)
Brown Rice Flour
Instant Yeast
Sugar
Salt
Olive Oil
Warm Water
Xanthan Gum (if not in flour blend)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or stand mixer.
Mix until just combined. The dough will be sticky.
Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450°F (232°C) for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
Add your favorite toppings.
Transfer the pizza on parchment paper to the preheated pizza stone.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
