Ingredients

  • Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • Tapioca Starch (or Arrowroot Starch)
  • Brown Rice Flour
  • Instant Yeast
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Warm Water
  • Xanthan Gum (if not in flour blend)
  • Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or stand mixer.
  • Mix until just combined. The dough will be sticky.
  • Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450°F (232°C) for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Transfer the pizza on parchment paper to the preheated pizza stone.
