Instructions

  • Combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into a rope and tie it into a knot.
