Ingredients
Scale
Two (8-ounce) cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 cups of shredded or diced cooked turkey
1 cup of cranberry sauce
4 ounces of softened cream cheese
2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of dried sage
½ teaspoon of dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon of water (optional, for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, green onions, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, with the points facing outwards. Overlap the wide ends of the triangles slightly in the center to create a ring shape.
Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
Bring the points of the triangles up and over the filling, tucking them under the dough in the center of the ring. Pinch the seams together to seal.
Brush the top of the ring with the egg wash (if using).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
Let the ring cool slightly before slicing and serving.
