Ingredients

Scale
  • Two (8-ounce) cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups of shredded or diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 4 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon of water (optional, for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, green onions, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, with the points facing outwards. Overlap the wide ends of the triangles slightly in the center to create a ring shape.
  • Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Bring the points of the triangles up and over the filling, tucking them under the dough in the center of the ring. Pinch the seams together to seal.
  • Brush the top of the ring with the egg wash (if using).
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  • Let the ring cool slightly before slicing and serving.
