Instructions

  • Bake and cool the red velvet cake. Cut into cubes.

  • Whip the cream with the remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • In a glass bowl, layer red velvet cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, berries, and whipped cream. Repeat until used up.
