On a lightly floured surface (use gluten-free flour!), roll out your gluten-free pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×16 inches.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic. Mix well. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the mozzarella cheese, spreading it out but leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Carefully transfer the prepared dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
