Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Gluten-Free Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter (softened butter + 4 cloves minced garlic)
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface (use gluten-free flour!), roll out your gluten-free pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×16 inches.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic. Mix well. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter.
  • Spoon the pizza sauce over the mozzarella cheese, spreading it out but leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  • Carefully transfer the prepared dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
