Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana well.
  2. Place the mashed banana in a jar.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the jar.
  4. Add the vanilla protein powder to the jar.
  5. Add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk to the jar.
  6. Add the creamy peanut butter to the jar.
  7. Add the chia seeds to the jar.
  8. Add the vanilla extract to the jar.
  9. Add the maple syrup to the jar.
  10. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  11. Screw the lid on the jar.
  12. Place the jar in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  13. Serve with your favorite toppings once ready to eat.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture, as quick oats can become mushy.
Ensure the banana is mashed thoroughly for even sweetness and creaminess.
Stir all ingredients very well to prevent dry spots of protein powder.
