  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups M&M’s Christmas Candies

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Stir in the M&M’s Christmas Candies.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Press a few extra M&M’s into the tops of the cookies (optional).
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
