  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Press onto the bottom of a springform pan and set aside.
  • Make the Filling: In a large mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour, mixing well. Incorporate the eggnog, rum extract, and nutmeg. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  • Bake: Pour the filling over the prepared crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  • Cool: Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before refrigerating it for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
