1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Heart-shaped silicone mold
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the heart-shaped silicone mold, filling each cavity halfway.
Place the mold in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and add a small spoonful of peanut butter to the center of each chocolate heart.
Top off each heart with the remaining chocolate mixture, covering the peanut butter filling completely.
Return the mold to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
Once set, carefully remove the hearts from the mold and place them on a serving platter.
