Ingredients

  • 1 pint of fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (optional)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

1. Wash the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

3. Hold a raspberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating it halfway. Let the excess chocolate drip off.

4. Place the chocolate-covered raspberry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Sprinkle crushed nuts and a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate while it’s still wet.

6. Repeat the dipping process with the remaining raspberries.

 

7. Chill the Chocolate-Covered Raspberry Bites in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
