Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, grated ginger, minced garlic, lemon juice, and orange zest.
  • Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
