  • 1 cup cold buttermilk

Instructions

  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat it into a 1-inch thick circle.
  • Use a 2-inch biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits. Do not twist the cutter.

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
