Apple Cider Vinegar
Maple Syrup or Honey
Dijon Mustard

Instructions
Toast the pecans or walnuts at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant.
Chill the salad ingredients before assembling.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup or honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cranberries, apples, pecans or walnuts, feta or goat cheese (optional), red onion, and pomegranate seeds (optional).
