Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in the eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting.
Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
