Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar

  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in the eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour for fudgier brownies.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
