Ingredients

  • Bread (Challah, Brioche, or French Baguette)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Heavy Cream
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Cube the bread and place it in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the custard mixture over the bread.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread and custard.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
