Ingredients

Scale
  • 6-8 Turkey Wings
  • 12 ounces Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels.
  • Season the turkey wings generously with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  • In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Brush the turkey wings with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Roast the turkey wings for 30 minutes, then baste with the cranberry glaze.
  • Continue to roast for another 15-20 minutes, basting with the glaze every 5-10 minutes, until the turkey wings are cooked through and the skin is golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the turkey wings rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices, if desired.
