Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Poppy seeds (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
  • Chill the beef mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Top with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bring the corners of the dough up and pinch them together to seal the filling inside, forming a bomb shape.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
  • Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the internal temperature of the beef reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
