Ingredients

  • 4 large burrito-size tortillas
  • 8 ounces pre-sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 cups crisp romaine lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts or other sprouts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Optional: Cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack), cucumbers, bell peppers, pickles

Instructions

  • Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet, microwave, or oven until pliable.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Lay out a tortilla and spread a base of lettuce on top.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the lettuce.
  • Layer turkey breast, bacon, avocado, tomato, red onion, and sprouts on top of the lettuce.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  • Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap/foil and refrigerate for later.
