A festive and easy-to-make dessert featuring a soft sugar cookie crust, creamy topping, and fresh berries arranged like an American flag.

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough 16.5 oz
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Open the tube of cookie dough.
  3. Slice the cookie dough into 1/4 inch pieces.
  4. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  5. Place cookie dough slices on the prepared pizza pan.
  6. Press the cookie dough into an even layer to form the crust.
  7. Bake the cookie crust for 11-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and cool completely.
  9. While the crust cools, wash the raspberries.
  10. Thoroughly dry the raspberries.
  11. Wash the blueberries.
  12. Thoroughly dry the blueberries.
  13. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
  14. Beat in half of the thawed whipped topping until combined.
  15. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  16. Scoop a little less than half of the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled cookie crust.
  17. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly to the edges of the crust.
  18. Arrange blueberries to outline the pizza and create the blue portion of the flag.
  19. Arrange raspberries to create seven red stripes.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth topping.
Cool the cookie crust completely before adding the topping to prevent melting.
Gently pat berries dry after washing to avoid a watery pizza.
For an extra touch, cut a star from a reserved dough slice and bake separately to place on the blue section.
