Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey or sub with 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 strawberries cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 4 slices brioche bread slices
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. In a small bowl, add Greek yogurt, honey, and egg.
  3. Whisk together until well combined.
  4. Using a spoon, press the centers of the brioche slices to create a well.
  5. Spoon the custard mixture into each toast well.
  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the custard.
  7. Carefully place the filled toasts in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the toasts from the air fryer.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Serve immediately with extra fruit, if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest custard.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
Brioche bread works best, but thick-cut challah is a good substitute.
Adjust honey or maple syrup to your preferred sweetness level.
