  • 6 cups pretzels
  • 4 cups round cheese crackers
  • 2 cups small round oat cereal
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup (150 grams) peanuts or mixed nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate candies
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pink candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 1 tablespoon pink candy melts (for drizzle)
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to a gentle 250°F (120°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • In a very large heatproof bowl, combine your pretzels, round cheese crackers, small round oat cereal, miniature marshmallows, and peanuts (if using). Give everything a good, gentle stir to ensure an even distribution.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup. Place it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is completely melted and the sugar has dissolved. Once it reaches a gentle boil, let it simmer without stirring for exactly 3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Carefully pour this warm, buttery mixture evenly over your snack mix in the large bowl.
