Instructions

  • Begin by peeling and boiling your sweet potatoes until fork-tender. Drain well and mash them until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the mini marshmallows generously on top of the sweet potato layer.
