  • 250 grams Halloumi Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 4 Wraps (whole wheat, spinach, or plain flour tortillas)
  • 1 Bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh Cilantro (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice the halloumi cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly softened.
  • Remove the halloumi from the skillet and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Warm the wraps according to package instructions.
  • Spread a layer of yogurt sauce on each wrap.
  • Top with bell peppers, cucumber, and shredded carrots.
  • Place the pan-fried halloumi slices on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the halloumi.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional).
  • Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll tightly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
