  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken thighs in pomegranate molasses, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger and honey for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until lightly browned.
  • Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting with the glaze every 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
