Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If making your own Russian dressing, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice the slider buns in half.
  • Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter.
  • Spread Russian dressing on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  • Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the Russian dressing.
  • Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the filling.
  • Gently press down on the top buns to help everything meld together.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown. If you want the cheese to melt perfectly, try adding a tablespoon of water to the baking dish and covering it with foil during the last few minutes of baking.
  • Slice the sliders and serve immediately.
