  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stir in the BBQ sauce, cream cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and bacon to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
