  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Gently combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Form the ground beef into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter. You can use a slider press or a small lid to help shape them.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • If desired, lightly toast the slider buns.
  • Assemble the sliders by spreading Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun, then layering lettuce, a cooked beef patty, a slice of American cheese, pickles, and onions. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
