  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and confectioner’s sugar. Set aside for later use.
  • Pour half of the fudge mixture into a lined baking pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix over this layer. Pour the remaining fudge, then top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate the assembled fudge for at least two hours or until firm. Once set, cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
