  • Heart-shaped mold or cookie cutter

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over a simmering pot of water. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat.
  • Pour half of the melted chocolate into the heart-shaped mold, swirling to cover the base. Place it in the freezer to harden for 10 minutes.
  • Combine creamy peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread an even layer of peanut butter mixture over the set chocolate in the mold.
  • Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring it’s covered completely. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  • Once fully set, gently remove from the mold. Allow it to soften at room temperature before serving.
