  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk for the glaze until it is steaming but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze, then top with mini marshmallows.
