Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  • Add the chicken to the sauce and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
