  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Optional Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Proof the yeast in warm water with sugar for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  • In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined, forming a slightly sticky dough.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently roll it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips to form the breadsticks.
  • Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the breadsticks with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
