Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with slightly moist crumbs attached. Don’t overbake.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and drizzling.
For the white chocolate drizzle, melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cooled brownies.
Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
