  • 1 (14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce or whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme before serving.
