  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Christmas Sprinkles & Candies

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides, for easy removal.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until smooth.
  • Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir constantly until they are completely melted and smooth (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour in the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  • Gently stir in your favorite Christmas candies, reserving some for the top.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it down evenly using buttered parchment paper or wax paper to prevent sticking.
  • Sprinkle the reserved candies and sprinkles over the top of the treats. Gently press them into the surface so they adhere.
  • Let the treats cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares (about 30-60 minutes).
