  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or seed butter

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine dairy-free milk, dairy-free butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
  • Once boiling, cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter (or seed butter), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Add gluten-free rolled oats and dairy-free chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
  • Let the cookies set completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
