Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain off any excess grease. This step enhances the flavor of the soup.
  • Add the browned ground beef, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, and pepper to your slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
