  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (for white sauce)
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 dash White Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (for white sauce)

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking your bacon. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy and golden brown (8-10 minutes). Remove bacon, drain on paper towels, and set aside. Keep 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the skillet. Pat chicken breasts dry, season with salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high. Add chicken to skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken, let rest, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • While the chicken is resting, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook your chosen pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well, reserving about a cup of the pasta water.
