Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips, pretzels, and pecans.
  • Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
