  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon key lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream (optional, for thinning)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line several baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set this aside.
  • In a separate, larger bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the large eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated. Stir in the key lime zest, fresh key lime juice, and pure vanilla extract.
