Mini pretzels
Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate wafers or baking bars
Festive sprinkles (red and green sprinkles, sugar crystals, crushed candy canes, mini M&Ms)
Optional: Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
Optional: Dried cranberries
Optional: Toffee bits
Optional: Caramel drizzle
Optional: Coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Spread the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are close together but not overlapping.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Ensure that all the pretzels are covered in a thin layer of chocolate.
Immediately sprinkle the festive sprinkles and any other desired toppings over the melted chocolate. Press them lightly into the chocolate to help them adhere.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
Once the chocolate is set, break the bark into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
