Ingredients

  • Mini pretzels
  • Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate wafers or baking bars
  • Festive sprinkles (red and green sprinkles, sugar crystals, crushed candy canes, mini M&Ms)
  • Optional: Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
  • Optional: Dried cranberries
  • Optional: Toffee bits
  • Optional: Caramel drizzle
  • Optional: Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Spread the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are close together but not overlapping.
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Ensure that all the pretzels are covered in a thin layer of chocolate.
  • Immediately sprinkle the festive sprinkles and any other desired toppings over the melted chocolate. Press them lightly into the chocolate to help them adhere.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, break the bark into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
