Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning. If using coconut oil, add it to the chocolate during melting.
  • Dip each pretzel completely in the melted chocolate, then gently tap off any excess chocolate.
  • Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candies onto the chocolate-covered pretzels before the chocolate sets.
  • Place the pretzels on parchment paper and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set completely.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
