  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until cooked through, around 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Let chicken cool slightly and slice into strips.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Top with sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using).
  • Carefully roll up the tortilla into a wrap.
