- 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, soy, or oat)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
