  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, fruit, protein powder, nut butter

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and black pepper.
  • In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener, and chai spice blend. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
