  • 150 grams of Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
