  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds, cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: spices of your choice (cayenne pepper, cinnamon, garlic powder, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and sea salt (and any optional spices).
  • Place the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and spread out on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
